Anyone understand what that all means?
Is Judge Sullivan going rouge? He is looking for opinions on the Flynn matter to be submitted to the court from interested parties. When a prosecutor drops a case that usually means it over but what did Obummer say, the rule of law was broken. So the Derps want to establish their own rule of law. Surely this can’t get very far, Trump could just pardon Flynn tonight.
Granted, that wasn't a *criminal* case, but one would think that such outside briefs would have even LESS relevance in a criminal trial.
I recall that President Lincoln arrested a lot of judges.
