I take 25-50mg per day. Here’s a link to a great conversion chart. Two drops of 7% lugol’s is about 17.5mg of iodine/iodide. Be sure you’re taking selenium as well.

I figured you would say 25mg iodine each day for you. Iodine also keeps fluorides off the thyroid receptors. My top Iodine daily is 20mg daily or I get jittery. I have some selenium but have not taken it.
