I was told by a very well respected surgeon that if you have had the flu shot in the last 2 years that most likely you will test positive for CV 19. That explains the spike in cases as they test more people. So its not that it makes you more vulnerable to getting the virus, but it makes you more vulnerable to being tested positive.
I dont think the CV 19 test is specific enough, or the vaccine may actually be the source of the infection. Mostly old people get flu shots and mostly old people get the serious complications from this disease. Coincidence?
+. I have been told the same thing. The discrimination of the test package is a big question.

Nice post. You should really question what is in the vax instead of being a lemming. However, i have eyewitness data to the contrary.
Its more likely everyone tested after the fda changed the reoprting of positve to a single target. The test loses its specificity while keeping its sensitivity. There is a darn goid reason molecular tests should have at least 2 targets.
I will not have a molecular test, given the choice. Over 3 decades of lab testing in my background.
I am old, had the flu shot as did. my wife. We live in a community of 600 Old folks. We have not been tested but ALL 200 in the vulnerable group of assisted living and skilled nursing HAVE been tested. NO NONE NADA tested positive so far. All 500 Staff have been tested. One was positive. We have about 400 like us in independent living units which are staying home. We probably wont be tested,
This was the first year we got the flu shot in decades because we have a new great grandson and his grandfather, an epidemiologist, asked us to do this.

Why would getting an influenza vaccination make you test positive for COVID-19? Influenza is a completely different family of viruses from coronaviruses.
