I was told by a very well respected surgeon that if you have had the flu shot in the last 2 years that most likely you will test positive for CV 19. That explains the spike in cases as they test more people. So its not that it makes you more vulnerable to getting the virus, but it makes you more vulnerable to being tested positive. Why would getting an influenza vaccination make you test positive for COVID-19? Influenza is a completely different family of viruses from coronaviruses.
