Dauphin Co is usually a blue dot in the center of the red T of PA (along with Centre County home of Penn State and the hockey stick graph). It has many state employees that suckle at the teat of the beast or are retired. Philly and Pittsburgh are blue. Lancaster County is usually red, but many farmers have blue subsidy addiction.
