Could POTUS, under the Emergency Declaration, move to protect the federal election by positioning military oversight in the Post office and at the “counting houses”, carrying through on Chain of Custody concerns?

“National Emergency” is still on. Plus new head of USPS could also make a regular no ballots mailed as “unsafe”, since 12 million plus were “Lost” in the last several years (rough figure I remember). USPS can regulate what is safe to mail, right? LIke explosives.

Have wondered about that myself. Could be some logistical problems and some civil unrest related problems but I suspect the military could handle both.

Could also set a troublesome tone, image in our culture. Nevertheless, fraud this election is NOT really tolerable, at all.

I believe thre are optics and practical (like would it even help?) isues with that approach. I don;t know any legal impediment, but drumming up a justification would stink. I don;t know how much of the fraud is perpetrated by the USPTO anyway.

I think what the government is signaling is that the ballot box is a farce. What are you going to do about it?

Plausible, to me. But I’m ignorant on legalities etc.

Maybe he will mandate that all mail in ballots be through certified mail with return proof of delivery card....and ID required at the post office....and free one time only mailing.
