So, first indictment will trigger mass awakening. I posted above, I think this means the nature and extent of crimes delineated.

First arrest will show future direction. 0bola will show direction - taking out the corrupt actors who were using government power and money to destroy the USA. Gates would not show future direction. Nor would Gates shock the world. Much of the world doesn’t even know his name. People in Brazil? Ecuador? Bangladesh? Estonia? etc. But they have all heard of 0bola.
