To shock the world, it would have to be Hillary, Obama, Gates or Soros. If it’s Obama, it will set off an urban race war. Maybe that’s why there will be military tribunals. The civilian courts will be closed because of their urban locations.

Maybe I am reading it wrong, but, IMO, to shock the world it would have to be someone totally unexpected to most people. And, from your list, I think the only one that fits that is Gates. Most view him as a good guy trying to help people.
