I find the argument by Cates fairly persuasive.

Also, IF...and I mean “if”...as rumored, 0moeba gave blanket pardons to himself and the rest of the Cabal...then Trump would have had to wait for new prosecutable crimes, before going after them.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The more I looked at Cates’ argument, the more I began to wonder if he is paid by Rod Rosenstein.
Cates is working with a strategy that matches the deep state play book and I gotta hope it’s an accident. The “sting operations” the deep state ran on innocent people in order to frame Trump, and the coup attempt are, in Cates’ logic, Trump’s fault.
In Cates’ world, President Trump is responsible for the Russia Hoax and the black hats RR and Mueller are “heroes”. Don’t like how the Russia hoax dragged our country down and subjected the American public to indoctrination by the MSM 24/7 for almost 3 years? Blame Trump! The Coup? That wasn’t real - it was just Trump running a hoax on the American public.
Total “flip the script”. Relieve the black hats of guilt [just doing what Trump wanted] and make the victim the perpetrator [Trump’s fault, his white hats lead the whole Russia hoax until he was done with them].
We’re gonna stay far apart in opinion on this one. And tonight in Q4196, Q once again indicates RR is a black hat.
Q4196
Excerpt:
"Why did [Mueller] attempt to retake FBI DIR position? "
Well that settles the question of the odd meeting that took place with Comey, Mueller. I recall that technically Mueller could NOT be director again but rules/laws never held sway in the 8 years of Obama's reign, so I am guessing that the Comey, Mueller meeting with President Trump went something like, "Nice presidency you got here. 'Be a shame if something were to happen to it. This dossier comes out and some people just aren't going to understand, amIright? Wouldn't this problem just take care of itself if you put Bob back in as FBI head? Then no "misunderstanding" and the problem just solves itself."
And once in - Mueller helps frame Trump, using the agreement to make the Dossier go away as black mail/smear content, with Mueller acting shocked, SHOCKED while falsely claiming POTUS tried to rig the system to protect him self.
Think of it like this.
"Rope-a-dope."
Think of "grey hats" : bad guys who Trump / Q have the goods on, so that they can be compelled to do things which ultimately benefit team Q.
Remember what Q keeps saying about, "You can't tell people, you have to show them."
Then think about how the vaunted, relentlessly lauded-for-two-years Mewler investigation.
And Mewler shows up, looking like Joe Biden: completely incompetent, stumbling, mumbling inept helpless responses -- not to withering crossfire, but to his own side's softball questions.
Wile E. Coyote couldn't have done it any better. A public exploding cigar to humiliate both the Dems AND discredit the press (especially Clinton(China)NewsNetwork.
Just like Chinese Flu: the press conferences where the press jumps all over everything, 'cause "they're gonna GET Drumpf" and he pwns them so totally people start making tweet for him to stop. Q even said that, if I remember right, about the overreach of blue state dictators governors.
I'm perfectly comfortable with RR being a black hat. I just think a lot of it is "enjoy the show."
Yes, I might *happen* to be wrong. But the show's not over yet. There might be more surprises from Team Trump; or when all is said and done, it will finally be safe for Q to explain some of the *whys*. He keeps saying "you have more than you know": but look for example at how MANY different meanings people have attached to "Evergreen"...!
When I read Cates' explanation, if what he said is true, the first thing that came to mind is "entrapment", not "sting" - and everyone gets off "Scot-free". Cates goes off the rails sometimes. I think this is one of them.
Your interpretation of cates and how he lays out the ‘inner workings’ of the plan, match my interpretation as well.
So what next? President Trump says ‘psych’, it was all a game, a chess match and I fooled everyone?? No logic or reason has been shared to convince me of this pathetic version of events. So maddening!
I’m in thh “gray hat” camp about RR, in the end we will find out for sure how dark a shade he is, based on what has been deception and what has been real. I do agree that Q has painted RR’s hat pretty darkly but on the other hand “disinformation sometimes necessary”.
Cates is like Ann Coulter, he concocts provocative stuff to pull clicks to his feed and to elevate his presence on Epoch and other platforms that repeat his opinions. He may be smart and able to assemble convincing arguments but they’re opinions, nothing more. He’s been wrong many times as well, perhaps more often than he’s been right. As we all have!
Cates was also a vehement NeverTrumper up til June 2017, by his own admission.
It’s a (somewhat) free country and Cates, Coulter, Wictor, et al have the right to speculate all they want, but if they think no one is keeping track, they’re naive.
