Adam Schiff may be the biggest loser of Russia probe declassification

Many of Schiff’s other claims have, likewise, crumbled under the weight of facts now in the public record.

And there is growing evidence that Schiff’s conservative critics intend to make him pay a political price for his past words, as Rep. Jim Jordan and other House GOP colleagues made clear in a letter this week urging the House Intelligence Committee chairman to release the interview transcripts.

“For almost four years, prominent Democrat politicians and commentators alleged that President Trump colluded with Russia, with Chairman Schiff going so far as to say that he had ‘direct evidence’ of collusion,” the lawmakers wrote.

“Now that these allegations have been disproven by several investigations, the American people deserve to have transparency about why public figures such as Chairman Schiff continued to promote such wild accusations.”

I thought it was against FR policy to extend headlines beyond the original. Shouldn't the title of this post be:

Adam Schiff may be the biggest loser

???

Oh, they wrote a letter? Was it strongly worded?

I’m sure they’ll get right on that justice thing now.

I thought attempting to overthrow the Government was a serious charge, evidently not.

My understanding is that the scan transcripts over which Nunes had contro, had to first be reviewed by the IC. It was not finished before the 2019 turnover. The vasrt bulk of the transcripts are those taken in the secret, basement, by Schiff. Schiff controls all of those, despite the committee having voted to release them.

I hope this helps.

Everything Schiff does is motivated by his pathetic political ambitions. The self-absorbed Schiff can't let it go....
even when DOJ said you can't redo Mueller. We know Mueller’s report is full of lies, omissions and errors, but
Adam Schiff desperately needs to smear President Trump. Small-minded Schiff thinks he can advance himself by tearing down someone else.
Schiff has sickening "delusions of grandeur" about being the one who took down a president......

============================================

Schiff arranged to get himself on talk TV some 237 times, and stupidly based his reputation on "getting" Trump.

He cant accept the thing was a lie, sham, hoax and plot that involved Obama, Hillary, etc;
Schiff is desperately trying to salvage what little integrity he imagines he retains.

========================================

AND THIS___realpolitics.com reprorted that on Meet The Press, Schiff, the head of the Congressional Intel Committe actually said
“he had evidence" of Trump-Russia collusion. But he couldnt show it, suggesting to a national audience
that he alone had privileged information nobody else had.

Why is Schiff's statement so shocking?

B/c its true. Schiff undermined US Ntl security and imperiled Americans to keep th TV cameras rolling.

Adam Schiff is ranking Democrat member on the Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence.
Schiff's Committee oversees all or part of the following executive branch departments and agencies:
- Office of National Intelligence
-Central Intelligence Agency
-Defense Intelligence Agency
-Department of Defense
-Department of Energy
-Department of Homeland Security
-Department of Justice
-Department of State
-Department of Treasury
-Drug Enforcement Administration
-Federal Bureau of Investigation
-National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency
-National Reconnaissance Office
-National Security Agency
-Office of Naval Intelligence
-Air Force Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Agency
-United States Army Intelligence and Security Command
-United States Coast Guard Intelligence
-Marine Corps Intelligence Activity

Did Schiff every notify these agencies that he was POSITIVELY SURE he had information on Russia interference in US elections
and that the intel given in confidence to him from these agencies may have been compromised?
