Flynn pled guilty to lying to the FBI about his illicit Russian contacts.
His lies do not now become truths.
This dismissal does not exonerate him.
But it does incriminate Bill Barr.

Now, why would ANYONE want to say something like this to the TOP ATTORNEY in the United States? The House is not in Session so he is not protected from libel/slander using the “floor speech” protection.
