I cannot give exculpatory information equal consideration, or near equal consideration, if I have never been presented with it.

He was asking me to consider that excultpatory information re RR was not given adequate consideration, and I replied that I'd never seen any. Your comments support that none has been presented, and in fact you indicate the lack of same is "essential", but might be presented in the future.

I do not regret making my decision on observable evidence; I do not find complete lack of exculpatory evidence a persuasive marker for his innocence.

How would anyone ever be found guilty of any misdeed if evidence points to their guilt + complete lack of exculpatory evidence = innocence.

So no exculpatory information has been presented; the basis of those who believe RR is a black hat and have criticized him thusly is not the result of an echo chamber or rush to judgement.
