good post on the SSH, but I offer one correction:
Deltas. These are the workmen that make civilization function. The solid Delta isn’t interested in having the hottest mate, the high status or responsibility of either the Alpha or the Beta.
Solid Deltas want stability. And are motivated by being respected for the hard work they do. Deltas are those guys that wont quit until the job is done and done right.
I love those Deltas.
