so for those researching VItamin D..you can really go into the weeds with these links. Turns out the weird things that were happening to me a few weeks ago MAY have been from the Vitamin D hammer. I already have inflammatory problems as shown with ONE big psoriasis patch under my knee

Yes, it is important.
Yes, Covid patients are low in VItamin D...we dont know if it caused the disease or because of the disease
BUT Vitamin D is not what many think it is....and even Drs...case in point..my Dr who gave me a vitamin D hammer because my Vitamin D was below 20. Also made no mention of telling me to take K2..but I knew to do that.
I had a reaction that I thought was a herxheimer reaction to a few pellets of monolaurin..It turns out ..It MAY be because of the 50k Vitamin D hammer i take once a week
this is far too in the weeds to discuss...but Drs should be looking at it in relation to Covid
