I’m just going on memory but one of the worst SC decisions was a guy during the depression, that grew what for his own animals to eat. They ruled he couldn’t do that because it hurt some other wheat farmer. I’m sure someone will post the ruling.
Sure hope it’s not unconstitutional — got a really big garden started and the orchard bloomed profusely. There should be more than enough to share with friends south of here.
