QUERCITIN can serve the same function as an ionophore for zinc. The Dr. on Med Cram takes 250mg-1g per day along with zinc supplement, Vit. C, and Vit D3 as prophylaxis-he is and has been treating Covid Patients-hasn’t caught it yet.

I got that info from another very wise FReeper back in early April. Since King Andrew forbids us from getting HCQ, I have been taking 500mg of Quercetin with Zinc, Vit C and D every day. So far so good!

Zinc needs to be paired with a bit of Copper to balance it out. Beef Liver, Dark Chocolate, Cashews are decent sources.
