I picked up on that syndrome a while back. A lot of these old timers are used to being the smartest guy in the room and the one who people go to to seek answers and approval.

Then along comes a new way of thinking and looking at things (Trump and Q), and it's 'shields up, arm the photon torpedoes'.

It's very ego driven, this failure to accept the truth and tow the tired company line.

It's hard to stay mad at the adorable codgers, though. And we will need their numbers in the coming conflagration. We need their voices now, but as the fearbro just said....meh.
