This gives some clarity to the 302. regarding where the agents and their bosses decided NOT to warn Flynn it was a crime to lie to a federal agent.

They questioned Flynn one way, where the answer was a hard yes or mo.
then made a subtle change in how they asked the questions...”do you recall...”

Based on my personal observations re OKBOMB, (see my FRProfile) it is LONG past the time that the FBI be purged from top to bottom -- or, simply be destroyed and totally rebuilt.

(I've never met a subject who says the FBI 302s of their interview accurately represented what was actually said!)
