I too am intrigued.
My first thought was, “No way Obama didn’t personally retain these notes after the meeting. He’s not THAT stupid.”

Then, it occurred to me that the meeting likely took place in a SCIF and classified documents cannot be taken out of a SCIF for security reasons. Those documents would need to be DECLAS to be publicly revealed.

I have struggled with DECLAS and currently hold the position that /Congressional/ classified material cannot be DECLAS by POTUS. Any SCIF documents from say, Schiff’s meetings, are safe from POTUS DECLAS.

I am altering that somewhat to understand that, even if the document in question is Congressional and classified, ^IF^ it was composed by the POTUS at that time, regardless of the meeting venue, the succeeding POTUS CAN DECLAS those documents.

In the same manner, the succeeding POTUS can rescind any and all EOs in place of ANY previous POTUS.

I can be corrected by our FR SCIFfags.

One thing to remember, Cletus.

Everything they did, wrote down, recorded, etc, they weren't worried about it ever seeing the light of day. Because why?

They never thought she would lose.

And they had the DOJ, FBI, the IC, State, and every other department of the Federal government on lock.

Or so they thought.

Trouble is, she did lose. And they forgot about the patriots that were on the DL (down low, for Bigg Red/I'll make you cool if it kills me).

But the real reason is this:

These people are stupid.
