Writing slant can vary from day to day. It can also be affected by body position wrt paper. If you’re writing while sitting at a desk vs. writing on a notepad on your lap, etc.

To me, the handwriting matches, but perhaps I am biased and seeing what I want to see.

The handwriting matches absolutely. It's Obama on both documents. What isn't exactly clear to the layman in your post, is what exactly the bottom document is.

Explain that out and even the dullest knife beyond the trees should be able to figure it out.

So I'm in a heated discussion on the Flubro thread with a Fearbro. I presented him with your handwriting comparison and this is his partial response:

I have no doubt that Obama is up to his eyeballs in the corrupt deep state and their attempts to frame Michael Flynn, but I don't think a handwriting comparison is particularly good evidence that Obama wrote it. I believe I have read that it was written by Priestap or some such FBI agent.

Notice how he's already married to the derp narrative and, despite actual visual evidence, he still don't believe it.

I’m going with Steven on the different writing. Look at the lower case ‘g’ in both. On the top, they are both different from each other (’grateful’ = very large lower loop - ‘everything’= backward ‘g’ almost a ‘q’ with just a straight down stroke - no loop).

On the FBI page, the two lower case ‘g’ are both pretty much the same - a consistent lower non-loop that pulls to the right.

The lower case ‘f’ that are highlighted look different. The top one looks like a single stroke where the writer sweeps up and to the left to start the horizontal stroke without lifting the pen from the paper. The bottom one looks like 2 separate strokes.

The top section doesn’t look to me like it was written by a left-hander, but I could be wrong. It’s happened before.

One last comment, the pressure on the White House stationery (heavy) and 0’s signature (light) are different. Looks to me like it was written and signed by two different people (or stamped).
