FYI on the video, that find is Steven W’s. I saw it early this morning while catching up. Sadly I was not surprised at the content but it is a must see for all.
Our family found the need to keep meticulous notes during extended hospital stays with my grandmother. Her life would have been 15 years shorter had we not done so. And I don’t think her case was anything like the evil being described by that NYC nurse. This is a case of deliberately not providing patient care.
Again, thanks Steven W for posting this. For people currently hospitalized with “no visitor policies” a family contingency plan must be made for accountabilty.
