It depends.......if this was FY 2017 it would be under Obama. The fiscal year would be 10/1/16 to 9/30/17 and Trump would not have anything to do with it. again....depends on when the money was appropriated. If it was FY 2018, which begins 10/1/17, it would have been under Trump.

The questions are:

1) Did HUSSEIN issue an exemption?

2) Was it paid using funds allocated in 2016 for 2017? Trump funding wouldn’t begin for over a year.

3) Is there anything else tied to this ... like, say, a Red Chinese agent who was operating as the head of the bio / chem department at Harvard?

4) Was there any association with the Harvard professor’s accomplice(s) caught at Boston Logan with 21 vials of biologics?

The US support for the Wuhan lab isn’t news. It’s been known for a long time. Also, apparently the US supported similar work at the University of North Carolina before the Chinese women went abruptly back to Wuhan. The decisions were made before Trump took office.
