A criminal or Canada Elections Act conviction “automatically results in the loss of the right to sit in the House of Commons”. Means convicted MP becomes ineligible to sit in House of Commons. It’s why Justin Trudeau is delaying re-opening Parliament until he can challenge it.

Perhaps, but I doubt that many people alive today even know who Henry K is. I was thinking perhaps Hillary or Bill. I doubt it would be Obama for obvious reasons.
