From Click on Detroit, "Macomb County business raided by the FBI over possible improper COVID-19 treatments": FBI agents went into building wearing full protective gear to protect themselves from potential exposure. Sources claim the raid is because Allure has been allegedly performing treatments for COVID-19 patients without an approved treatment or cure.
On April 18, Allures Facebook page had a post that said "At Allure Medical, we have been using intravenous vitamin c therapy to treat COVID-19 in non-hospitalized patients with great results."
That post, as well as a post on Allure Medical's official website on vitamin c treatments, has been taken down.
After talking to staff members off-camera, some believe this is a misunderstanding. They claim the vitamin c is meant to help prevent or shorten the duration.
Dr. Charles Mok, who owns Allure Medical Spa, did a Facebook live video giving an IV-vitamin c treatment for free to a Detroit police officer. In the video, Mok said "What I'm finding in practice -- I treat a lot of COVID patients -- is that if we catch people early, get them on intravenous vitamin c, they turn around really fast."
While it may not be a "cure," vitamin C is being used widely as a treatment for coronavirus in hospitals throughout the world and has been shown to be effective in patients with sepsis and severe acute respiratory failure in past studies. Multiple clinical trials to study its effectiveness at treating the coronavirus are currently ongoing.
FOX 2 Detroit, which simply parroted the line fed to them by the FBI, claimed vitamin C is a "fake treatment" and quoted FBI spokesperson Mara Schneider saying the clinic was accused of providing "fraudulent treatments for COVID-19" and allegedly "did not observe proper protocols to protect patients and staff from the virus."

A hospital in Houston is using Vitamin C along with Cortizone intravenously and is reportedly having excellent results.
Seems like a bit of a funky doc for treating Covid patients, however:
“In 2003, Dr. Mok founded Allure Medical Spa, one of the largest and most successful practices of its kind in the country. Through Allure, he has made the transition to focus his mission on helping patients with disease prevention. Allure is also a leader in elective cosmetic medical and surgical treatments, as well as treating varicose veins, hair loss, and providing stem cell therapy.”
Unusual for a doc like him to have a full-page bio, say he’s got six board certifications, but not list his actual academic credentials.
That said, this authoritarian medical crap has to stop and it is happening on Trump’s watch.
Dr. Richard Cheng has a lot to say about IV C treatment, and C in general.

I drank orange juice, fortified with vitamin C, for breakfast. Come and get me, copper.
This is all about government control, not health.
Every fall I go to a holistic Dr and get a Myers Cocktail for my immune system.
His website says he has is D.O., so yeah, he’s a real medical doctor.
But something’s fishy...this story doesn’t really add up the way it’s being reported here. Which isn’t surprising with our garbage media, but I bet there’s more to this than reported here.
If intravenous Vitamin C short-circuits Big Pharma's vaccine plans and their subsequent political contributions, it is anything but trivial.
Wonder if Vitamin C tablets are about to disappear from the market.
Ditto.
How can people getting the injections from this guy know what they are actually being injected with?
Not any more than rain is related to it being cloudy.
Gee, after a potential direct exposure my doctor told me to take Vitamin C.
Zinc, ginger, garlic, Vit D, etc. are fine, she said, but take Vitamin C now! Of course all the shelves at our local stores are empty of the C and earliest Amazon delivery is Monday.
On a side note, I was shocked having returned from living overseas for 5 years, and then coming back to the US where I couldn't order a lab test without a doctor's prescription. So much for free market capitalism.
Warrantless raid? Does the FBI take orders from CDC? WTF?
Wallach is a quack. Not saying he is wrong, but he is a quack. Buy his yellow juice and all will be healed.
It is a great example of how elitist liberals do all the things they accuse conservatives of doing. Look at the number of "unproven" treatments Mrs. Cuomo tries, while her husband attacks President Trump for suggesting that doctors try certain medications that have shown promise when used overseas to treat COVID-19.
And just for the record, soaking in Clorox does not remove radiation and metals from your body.
"I also used a PEMF (pulsed electromagnetic field) portable machine, which optimizes the ability of cells to start healing. It uses low-energy fields to stimulate the self-healing mechanisms of the cells after a physical injury or a viral attack on the bodys tissues or bones. For COVID-19, it increases the speed with which your lungs and whole body can recover, says Tapp Francke, the founder and holistic nutritionist at StandWellness in Water Mill"
I wonder if it has an FDA approval for COVID-19?
The problem with many FDA approved medicines is that we as a species evolved without them
Ritalin, Prozac, xanax, etc.
