Mixing ammonia and bleach will kill all the pests in the house too. You’ll have to leave for a few days though...

Don’t mix it in a plastic container. I tried that one time. Started to clean and suddenly the mixture started dripping on me. I was like wtf? Then I looked at the container and it was smoking or, off gassing I guess. Off gassing chlorine gas. Yikes!
