Liposomal VItamin C is a concoction, taken orally, that is intended to approximate the blood concentration achieved through IV. Liposomal C wraps the C in microcapsules of lecithin which apparently avoid digestion and go directly into the bloodstream. You can make your own liposomal C with an ultrasonic cleaner.
I don't think even liposomal C can achieve the blood concentrations recommended by Dr. Shiva A, who talks about dosages of 100 g per day.
