They’re going to come crawling to Uncle Sugar for funds.
Trump wields a veto pen. He’ll have them right where he wants them.
Cuomo went and met with Trump yesterday and then popped-up in Buffalo saying there was basically no reason why upstate NY could not start reopening. Looks like the Godfather made him an offer he couldn’t refuse.
