Who’s going to drill and produce for $5 a BBL? Breakeven is probably around $35.
And that does not begin to get into the 3-4 ‘zero-point’ ‘free energy’ technologies that Trump keeps hinting at releasing . . . providing energy out of a suitcase sized unit in home & car—that only would need serviced once a year for about $0.50.
Transition could be brutal if not managed very very well.
Would be a lot of transition jobs but then what?
I still think the benefits would be more than worth it.
Unlimited fresh water; food, clean up pollution etc.

Yeah. Attachment Disorder born nastiness is incredibly IN-GROUP/OUT-GROUP ridden. And saturated in mean-spirited price, arrogance, narcissism.

May futures for crude at -$8.61 a barrel
Hedge number has been lowered.
Now @ $2.00/gal.
Retail gasoline prices will stair-step rise once $2.00/gal is attained.
Prices between now and then will oscillate, gently creeping toward the hedge number.
The hedge number may be lowered depending on how long these prices hold.
Oil in storage is not being used.
Today’s oil is being used immediately.
What’s the “spot” price?
That’s the gauge.
