So the briefing is back in the Brady Room and not outside at the WH. I am very curious about the significance of having the last 2 briefings outside.

Because, after Monday's reporter feeding frenzy, I wrote to the new press secretary and told her to stand up! Make the reporters use their manners, make them stand for the President and stop interrupting him. I reminded her that although that stupid reporter room committee sets the rules for who and where, she sets the tone.
And viola! Tuesday's presser was outside, they stood when he entered, and they were a little more mannerly. I hope the new secretary keeps her spine!
