You may need to go to the IRS portal regarding stimulus payment. I get direct deposit of Social Security but when I logged into above portal, IRS said they don’t have my bank information! So I had to fill it in.
I would assume that people receive SS the money would be dispersed through the SS department Manuchin said we would NOT have to fill out the form the web site for the form is a mess on overload!!
