Nope, and based on the income tables I'm not going to get one, even though my ex-wife gets a significant amount of my paycheck (court ordered alimony) and subtracting that I'd qualify to get one.

OOPS! FedGov didn't think of that now did they??

So long as you subtracted alimony paid from your taxable income during filing taxes, and if that is below $99k, you qualify.
