I had a colleague who used to say he wishes he owed $1 million in taxes. Because then he would be making $3 million!
But I feel your pain. The politicians love to punish success.
I honestly don’t need or want it. I’m working from home. My kids are all working (2 from home) yet they will get it. That’s stupid they haven’t missed a thing. After they give all this free money away, I will guarantee that I and those like me will have to pay for it. Too “rich” to get a break and to poor to afford the tax dodges.
How about just letting people go back to work if they want to and let people hide in their closet if they want too. You know individual decisions, responsibility, risk/benefit analysis.
