My orders in my packet for my family are if I am vitamin D deficient then hammer me. If not and I am in a cytokine storm then dont. But I want a hammer of Vitamin C no matter what because I dont care what the studies say.

In fact, If I go the ER I am taking VItamin C with me in case they refuse to give it to me.

Not sure how that will work..if they will give me access to my belongings..but I am doing it anyway.
