Did a search, here are some snips, it seems he declared disaster in the state of Wyoming and that made it so all 50 states and the 4 territories are all now official disaster areas.

All 50 states plus the US Virgin islands, the Northern Mariana Islands, the District of Columbia, Guam and Puerto Rico have all received a federal disaster declaration.
