The U.S. is not going to hit back with a bioweapon or any other “Weapons of Mass Destruction.” This reality is the essence of asymmetrical warfare.

POTUS is going to wage Economic Warfare on a global scale as we Jumpstart our Economic Machine (on a war footing) and support our allies and other hurting nations on a truly global scale. He knows we will recover within 60-90 days and be full up and running by the 4th of July! MAGA!
India will be the replacement for China, all nations attacked by China will turn their backs on China economically, Chinese properties and businesses in foreign nations will be seized/nationalized as payback for the attack (remember US assets nationalized WW in the seventies).
Envision the World looking at China and then turning their backs and establishing Economic treaties/deals with each other........China isolated back to the 1800s.
The civil unrest would destroy the Chicom Gov almost overnight. The average Chinese citizen has gotten used to driving.......

Yes, and there is every reason to believe we will win.
My only comment on your analysis is that I think there is a very good chance the war expands to the U.S. blocking recalcitrant nations from trading with China.
If POTUS can actually get Russia on our side, China will lose its last support for oil imports not involving the sea lanes.
Then they may try and break the blockade (based ultimately on Aircraft Carrier task forces); or, they may wheel out some heavier-duty bioweapons. Cyber goes without saying.
Most likely the first shots would be fired against satellites of both sides, and civilian populations might not even be aware.
I HOPE that POTUS is able to separate the reliable intelligence assets from the unreliable or treasonous. As we all know, America has been badly infiltrated and is going to need to be cleaned up.
