~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~2. Seize all privately-held gold stores
Under the same 1917 act of Congress, the President has the authority to take all privately-owned gold coin, gold bullion, and gold certificates. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Citizens were allowed to keep only $100 worth of gold.
Citizens were paid its value per ounce and for the cost of transportation as they were required to surrender the gold to a Federal Reserve Bank within three days of the order.— TruthHammer⭐️⭐️⭐️ (@TruthHammer888) April 14, 2020
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~3. Take control of all media in the U.S.
Under the Communications Act of 1934, the President can establish the Office of Telecommunications Management, which oversees all media and telecommunications, regardless of advances in technology. Pre Kennedy did this through EO 10995 pic.twitter.com/UzindjqFb4— TruthHammer⭐️⭐️⭐️ (@TruthHammer888) April 14, 2020

Kennedy also signed executive orders allowing for the seizure of electric power fuels and minerals, roads, highways, ports, sea lanes, waterways, railroads, and the private vehicles on those throughways. 6. Suspend the government of the United States.
A presidential directive signed by George W. The idea is to ensure American democracy survives after such an event occurs and that we will come out the other end with an "enduring constitutional government." First thing that came to mind was California's need for new dams. Everyone -- especially the farmers -- knows that California is woefully behind the curve when it comes to providing water for its residents. But constructing dams has been politically impossible.
After this emergency is over, they'll to be glad to have a Trump Dam (or two).
Bumping this description of presidential powers that happen during an all 50 states national emergency. Hopefully knowledgeable FReeQers will chime in.

There is a trilogy of fiction starting with Directive 51 that is an epic read.
very good information
Excellent post, thanks LJ!
If you or anyone else posts on eight kun, I am seriously wondering about these powers as described below, in connection with the National Emergency in 50 states. If an anon posted them, Q may see and comment? I am too ‘tarded to figure out posting and checking on eight kun.

I don’t see the relevance of the Federalist Papers.
There are 136 powers available to the Executive under a national emergency, 13 of which require Congressional authorization, the balance of 123 can be invoked by the President. Here is a summary:

Very interesting. Thanks for posting.
and Pres. Trump doesn’t need all that power to call congress back into session....which he’ll probably threaten, especially if we run out of money ...but can he take a chance to have all those old farts in congress travel?
