Ask him/her why most of the world's billionaires - George S0r0s, Bill Gates, the owners of the big media companies, Wall Street, Tom Steyer - contribute heavily to the Dem Party. The Koch Brothers are about the only ones contributing to the Repubs and they are under vicious attack by the media owners... Ask them to explain that.

You might also mention that it was Prez Andrew Jackson that started the idea that the Dem Party was the party of the little guy - about 200 years ago! (He was for the rich and helped them by trying to eliminate Native Americans and take their lands and resources.) Does your boss really think today's Dem Party is the party of Jackson? Does your boss understand that the first Republican president was Abraham Lincoln who set out to free the slaves - none of whom were millionaires!
