Pence is the good cop. Trump is the bad cop.

What column show deaths? I dont see that or a peak, am I missing it?
Great, thank you!

I haven't included a death column.
Just couldn't see myself doing a daily body count.
Here are the last 6 days, starting with the actual PEAK of 2,095 being 4/8/20:
2,095 1,867 2,074 1,846 1,606 1,434Yeah, I misspoke when I quickly eyeballed it before and said the death peak was 4/10/20 (DJT day). Oops. But that WAS the Peak of NEWLY CONFIRMED CASES, so far.
Thx greeneyes!
The water is rising and they are drowning in stupid.
Shocking! US gave $3.7 million to China’s Wuhan lab that conducted coronavirus tests on bats

Maybe you are right, Blu, and he was just talking about the national emergency ... but I see everything through the lens of a long term, rapidly escalating and mortal struggle with China.
Call it a "Conflict" if that makes you more comfortable, but this is just beginning; and it has all the attributes of an asymmetric war involving many domains of conflict. China has an obvious advantage in being able to launch biological attacks and then deny it. BUT NEXT TIME WE WILL BE READY. They may have a temporary edge in manufacturing and heavy industry. We have most of the economic and geopolitical advantages. Western nations (of which America is now the leader) are very resourceful, not to mention bad-ass. And we have our Churchill.
I watched very carefully when the President started talking about having "Absolute power." I thought he was saying it with a purpose--definitely NOT just talking about the next few weeks.
The other two pins look like the USA flag with a Q and the cia pin.
:(
Come on man disappointed. Good numbers though. Get the summary right. Geeze. Measure twice cut once ya know. .
Yes. It came from the NIH too. Glad DJT has Faux-chi there to answer the press’ questions about it.
That pegged my meter on full throttle too.
I’m of the same opinion that it’s up from here - I’m sure with a few minor oscillations. It’s nearly 2AM at this point in the morning as I read your post and the futures are looking green across the board except for some interest rates (expected due to the current 0 rate which will likely go fo a while) and some ag commodities (which are only weakly red). In fact everything is green or barely red. I expect a solid opening on the plus side in the morning.
.
I don't know why I haven't spent any time there. Perhaps I thought it was just some campaign site.
I spent some time there today. Like yourself, they seem a quite astute and friendly bunch. I'll have to get to know them better.
Im gonna leave this here. Thanks for being patient with me. Light hearted tune I wrote with my bro in Austin.
At one point, he said “as to this issue”, and that would have been a better way to frame it. It is something that involves interstate commerce and national security. He did talk about the state of emergency, which does affect the issue as well. Although I am not in general agreement with the way the feds have usurped all state roles since Wilson and FDR, it is clear that under Supreme Court precedents the feds can do just about whatever they want vis-a-vis the states. They can take over any role, because interstate commerce has been defined to mean a butterfly’s wings flapping in Idaho. And Congress has given much of its power to the President in emergency and national security.
I don’t agree with that line of cases, but it is the current state of the law, so Trump is for the most part correct as a legal matter.
