Hasn’t heard of sourdough bread? It uses natural wild yeast that you don’t have to add.

I bought a 2 pack, 1lb each a while back and My Wife said why do You need that much. I said I don’t but it costs less in bulk and it’ll keep.

I still have 1 unopened package. Maybe I should Auction it off...?

Should I keep it as 1lb or break it down into .75oz packs ? The packs currently sell for $3.83 for 3 .75 oz packages, IF available...

Heck I could become a millionaire;)

I always get Flour/Sugar/Pancake Mix/Massa/Corn Meal both Yellow & White/Corn Starch in Bulk. Flour in a 5lb bag is $4-5 each, a 25lb bag is $10 +/- get a box of 1 gallon Ziplocks to store the bulk flour. Bag it up and then put those back in the big flour bag. Easy to keep Inventory that way.

You can make sourdough bread with regular unflavored yogurt. That’s how I make mine.
