This reference to China is ambiguous. It could refer to some faction within China or (very unlikely) to Xi himself.

In my opinion, IT DOES NOT REFER TO THE CCP, which is in effect the Chinese government.

I suppose it is conceivable that the COVID-19 bioweapon was launched against us without the knowledge of Xi ... but I doubt it.

I DO NOT BUY IT that any white-hat faction is behind COVID-19. The attack is obviously part of a coordinated effort involving the psychological forces of the DS, media and RAT politicians.
