I speculated about a week or so that China has its own Deep State and Xi was perhaps working against it, but somebody jumped all over me about how bad Xi is. I don’t know enough about him and China to support my hunch....

Neither do I...

But, I do know that the DS is everywhere and that CCP is deeply corrupt. I am also certain POTUS would not repeatedly use the phrase "good friend" without a reason.

Actual friend? Maybe? Maybe not?
