Considering that the goal is to have a death rate of 1% or less, comparable to flu, 91% success would not seem to be that great a result. A 99.5 % rate would be more what I would hope for.
That doesn’t count all the milder cases that aren’t treated with the HCQ and survive.
Depends on who was selected for the study. If they were in final stages, it's great. I don't know, cause I haven't seen the study controls and don't have the expertise to properly interpret them.

91% rate of being totally cleared of the virus, not 91% survival.
I think its 91% of those receiving it subsequent to being hospitalized. Given the survival rate of going on a vent with this is about 3%, this is spectacularly good.
