On another note, under the Defense Act during this emergency is POTUS able to make ALL of these new drug therapies “Generic” from day one and also set the price? LawFreeqs any thoughts?

Yup, after a call with Putin. Who gave him a soccor ball. Containing...stuff useful to Barr in prosecutions. Maybe some last minute details.
