In UK English, it’s a “blouse.”

I was exposed to lots of British English as a kid, and not at any time did I hear a man’s shirt referred to as a “blouse”.

In UK English, it’s a “blouse.”

A little closer to home - Marines call their uniform jackets "blouses."
And many years ago, oddly enough, they used to call their ties "field scarfs."
