In UK English, it’s a “blouse.”

A little closer to home - Marines call their uniform jackets "blouses."
And many years ago, oddly enough, they used to call their ties "field scarfs."

I've been doing "codeword" puzzles (similar to crosswords) from a series of books printed by the London Times. Every few puzzles I'll encounter a word I've never heard of, and they aren't even in my Merriam-Webster (American English) dictionary. One such word was "faff," which I looked up on the Internet, and which means "to waste time."
