Biden has been dreaming about a call to the President for a week. It must be the high point of his whole year. He’ll act like the drivers in Florida who go out for their once a week trip to the market. He’ll drive five miles an hour to get to a place with the proper telephone to make the event last longer.
Joe’s been talking about calling President Trump for a few days now. If anyone has the phone number to the White House, it’s old Joe.
