This is how it worked when I was working in Africa.
In the past, a woman would have 8 kids, 3 or 4 would die and one would be disabled. 2 would be girls and move to her husband's family. So your remaining 2 sons could support you in our old age. And kids could help you in the farm, by weeding, or caring for the goats or younger kids.
But with vaccines, better nutrition, you ended up with all 8 kids. You needed to pay school fees for them, which cost money, but you knew without school they could never break out of poverty.
So the women would decide to have 4 kids, knowing they all would probably live to grow up. In cities, often women work outside the home so would only have 2.
This is what I see here in the Philippines...grandparents averaged 6 kids but right now women average 2 to 3 kids. This is also what is going on in some Muslim countries like Iran and Turkey.
So vaccines resulted in fewer children born, but they were healthy.
And after a generation or 2, educated women work and have only one child...which is what you see in Europe and east Asia. Child death is so rare that they don't need 2, and social security means you can retire without needing your kids to support you.
So the population goes down.

However, I have come to believe that Bill Gates, George SOros and others have worked themselves into positions with the World Health Organization and Vaccine Development to determine who lives and who dies. Hilary thinks the same way - we’re just cattle to their level of “elites” so they wouldn’t hesitate to use any means needed to prune away humanity to suit their tastes. So when Bill Gates says it, it means something else to me than when you say it. And I really appreciate your explanation. Thank you.

I think this is often abortion in 3rd world countries, something else Bill Gates would like to see more of.
I agree with your explanation about vaccines & lower population due to not needing to have children so some survive to take care of one in old age.
However, not all vaccines are created equal. Gates funded vaccinations in a specific area of Mexico. The result was, at least 75% of the women became infertile—as Gates intended. Understandably, the population was furious & refused further vaccinations.
The globalist oligarchy want to force the global population down to 500 million ostensibly to preserve planet earth. It is a lie.
It has been demonstrated that the world could handle easily, well, without pollution etc. more than 25 billion individuals.
The oligarchy knows that with a large population, sooner or later a group would arise to depose them from power. *That’s* the reason they want a lower, much more manageable population of exceedingly *controlled* sheeple.
They have deliberately, mercilessly & ruthlessly kept 3rd world countries impoverished for centuries to minimize any ability to threaten their rule.
Sounds like too many that wanted to help kept loyalty to The Prime Directive. They never allowed the tribalism to “bend in the arc” need to accommodate extended life spans. They were not introduced to “civelization” but left to stew in their tribalism.

Was chatting with a renown anesthesiologist from Germany. No doubt financially this guy was doing (very) well based on the industry connections I knew he had. We were cordially talking about his son. I asked if he had any grandchildren. The anesthesiologist replied something like, “Oh no, children are too expensive, with taxes and all.” I was floored.
This was about 13 years ago.
Doesn't the government, at least in China if not elsewhere, forbid more than 2 children per family? Do they not also, more or less, require abortion if a third is conceived?
WHen populations go down to 2 children per women, what to speak of lower than that, it means in a few generations there is no country left.
