This “survey” was done by an “Assistant” IG, and it was done the 3rd week of March, before most of the massive mobilization effort was put in place. It was OLD NEWS and shouldn’t have been reported in the first place. Right up there with Weekend Updates on Generalissimo Fransciso Franco’s deadness.
