Yeah, it’s a training mannequin, they’re never going to film a real patient being intubated like this, for cripesake! The guy who made this video must have a lot of time on his hands because it proves nothing that isn’t obvious to the most casual observer.

And it is even possible that the woman who speaks about how they are in such bad need of supplies is not even saying what we hear on the video. She appears to be speaking, but since we can’t see her mouth how would we know whether or not her words match the audio?
