I don’t know anything about the situation of the employee so I withhold judgement as they may have been the sole breadwinner of the house that was barely getting by and felt he/she HAD to work.
health facilities are notorious for disciplining employees for calling in sick and workers fear being fired....and yes, in these hard times, people feel they must work...its a vicious circle of locking down the nation and at the same time making whatever work people can get they must do it......
